Recent research has validated the effectiveness of prehabilitation in reducing injury and enhancing functional status. Prehablitation is a term used to describe a series of specifically prescribed exercises. Athletes and non-athletes can both benefit from a prehabilitation evaluation and exercise prescription.

Athletes using sport-specific techniques can improve performance dramatically.

An individual-based assessment and program can address areas of limitation or sport-specific needs. Any sport requiring movement can be addressed at any age.

Non-athletes can also benefit from an evaluation. Individualized programs can enhance function, reduce injury, and speed recovery from surgery.
